Task To conduct research nation-wide and analyze findings in a series of comprehensive reports. Action Conducts national and international research, interviewing native and non-native artists, arts administrators and northern stakeholders.  Studies alternative learning models and develops a profile for the Aboriginal Art Centre of Northern Manitoba arising out of Spirit Way Inc. Result Two major reports published in a three-year consultation.  Working with partner Patricia Bovey made the ideas of Spirit Way Inc. closer to reality: incorporation and establishment of board, organization of an architectural competition resulting in a model and facilitated partnership with the University of the North.  Work is ongoing.
